Due to currency conversion and rounding, the final price may vary slightly. To calculate the final price, go to your profile and open the AI Credits page. A service fee of is charged per purchase to cover payment provider costs.

There is no expiration date on the AI Credits you purchase. However, AI credits will be lost upon account deletion.
Yes, we issue an invoice for each order. You can download the invoice in the Purchases menu.
Only with a "PRO Team" or "Enterprise" subscription. This allows you to transfer AI Credits from your account to the team pool shared by all users.
No, the PRO subscription does not include a license for our Premiere Pro plugins. However, you can purchase a perpetual license for them. With this type of license, you will receive all future updates and feature upgrades for free, and you won't have to pay a monthly fee.
No, the PRO subscription does not include a license for the Live Timecode Notes iOS app. You will need to purchase a separate subscription from the Apple App Store.
