2. Use the "Marker Converter" to convert the CSV file into a SRT subtitle file

Open the free Marker Converter, select "Vimeo Review > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "SRT". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

3. Use the "Subtitle Tool & Converter" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a SBV subtitle file

Open the free Subtitle Tool & Converter, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "SBV". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.
