1. Export a CSV file from Krock.io

To export comments from Krock.io, select the video and open the menu via the three dot icon. Select "Export comments to csv" to export the comments.

2. Use the "Marker Converter" to convert the CSV file into a SRT subtitle file

Open the free Marker Converter, select "Krock.io > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "SRT". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

3. Use the "Subtitle Tool & Converter" to convert the SRT subtitle file into an ASS subtitle file

Open the free Subtitle Tool & Converter, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "ASS". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

4. Done
