How to convert comments from Frame.io into a ptx marker file?

1. Export a CSV marker file from Frame.io

Export comments from Frame.io in the video comments menu "Download to File" > "CSV".



2. Use the "Marker Converter" to convert the CSV marker file into a ptx marker file

Open the free Marker Converter, select "Frame.io > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "Pro Tools > PTX File (.ptx)". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.



3. Done
